I will never forget Mr. Wagoner... his burly arms and his old Willy's Jeep ( i think that what it was). We lived by them many years ago for a short time but he was always a neat guy. Great memories ...

Dear Carl, Phillip, Doug, John, Karen and to all the family and friends of Uncle Phil,
A great person has left us but a lifetime of memories will live on forever. His laugh was contagious, his smile so genuine and his kindness will never be forgotten. He was there for me at some very rough times and I will be forever grateful for all he did for our family and for me personally. He was the last person who held his cell phone up to my dying Father's ear so I could tell him one last time how much I loved him. That was very precious to me and I'll never forget. I love you all and pray for peace at this sad and difficult time. My deepest sympathy and condolences to all of you. All my love always, Celia
