Uncle Roger was the best uncle. The memories he gave all of us will always be cherished. He was always soft spoken and so kind. We are all going to miss him so much. The love he shared with all of us will be deeply missed and his memories never forgotten. ❤️

Condolences to Mr. & Mrs. Vowles on the passing of her father. I did not know Mr. Strasburg but recall Mr. Vowles as a dedicated Resident Adviser at the Allen County Work Release center when I volunteered there over a decade ago.
