Stephen H. Shambaugh

Stephen H. Shambaugh, 73 of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on January 14, 2019. He was born to the late Howard and Regine (Rase) Shambaugh in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Stephen was an Attorney in Fort Wayne for many years before retiring. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Paulette E. (Miller) Shambaugh, his sister, Barbara Armstrong and his faithful companion, Mongo his Yorkshire Terrier. Stephen’s wishes were to have no funeral or visitation and his family is honoring his final requests. The family request memorial gifts in his name be made to the Fort Wayne Animal Shelter or Heartland Hospice.
