What an amazing man! Such a smile!!! It lit up the room! He cared about others with his whole heart and it showed in everything he did, even when he wasn’t feel very well! Love to you all and to all of the lives he touched, we are blessed because of it!

My dad, Duane McMaster, was a patient at Lakeland Nursing Facility during the time Rolly was also inpatient. The two of them shared a dining table together and quickly bonded sharing their stories of life and family. When my dad would get down with the struggles of his illness, Rolly was always a lifting spirit encouraging him. On one day when both men were feeling a bit mischievous, the two of them had a wheelchair race from the dining room to the end of the hallway near the therapy room, and back to the nurses station. I don't recall who won, but I recall their laughter and smiles. I have included a photo of them dining together. (When looking at the photo my dad is to the right of Rolly.) I will forever remember Rolly and blessing of the kindness and friendship he showed. My dad passed away last October after a courageous battle with cancer. My heart and prayer go out to you and your family with the passing of Rolly. Although we will all miss them so much in our daily lives, may you also find comfort knowing they are both happy and healthy in heaven! ..... Linda McMaster-Mynhier

We have such great memories of our trip to Mackinaw Island with Rolly and Ann, which Ann said was their last trip together. Kenny couldn't sit down because of his back, Rolly couldn't walk or stand because of his back, and Ann couldn't walk because of her feet, but in spite of physical ailments, we had the best time. We'll never forget our time together. Rolly has been a mentor to us for many years and we are looking forward to meeting him again in heaven. Praying for comfort for Ann and the rest of the family.

I had the most wonderful opportunity to care for Rolly. He always had a smile and was always positive. He would always say "It could be worse" A positive role model for all that was around him. He has a special place in many peoples hearts and will always be remembered. Heaven received an absolute gift. Condolences to the family.

Over the past year I have had the opportunity to not only care for Rolly, but to build a friendship with him also. He took the time, when I needed it the most, to share his daily devotionals with me. I know, in my heart, that God has welcomed him home with open and loving arms. It doesn't make it any easier for the family, I know. I am sending my sincere condolences. I pray that God may bring comfort and peace to his family and friends during this difficult time. God bless you all.

Aww, sad to read this news, but this isn't the end, it's the beginning and Rolly put his faith in Christ which means he's with Christ in complete peace and no suffering.
He was a genuine Christian, I will always remember the numerous softball games, very competitive but what sticks out is our youth group trip to Wyoming.
Van broke down with a bunch of teen boys but Rolly was always cool and calm.
My condolences to Ann and family.

My grandfather was one of the most faithful people I have ever known. My grandfather and I have shared so many memories together from traveling out west stopping at all the state's with my grandma and my cousin Heather. Going to Pennsylvania to a teen missionary fixing up homes for families that were less fortunate. And my most memorable and most recent going down to Indiana a few months ago and spent a great time with him and was able to go to his group at church and meet all the many special people in his life that had prayed for myself during times of struggle. I miss you so much grandpa and will always remember all that you taught me throughout my life. I love you!!!
