OBITUARY

Rosemarie Emma Meisner

March 25, 1926September 10, 2018

Rosemarie E. Meisner, age 92, of Fremont, Indiana, passed away on Monday, September 10, 2018, at Northern Lakes Nursing Center, Angola, Indiana.

Rosemarie was born on March 25, 1926 in Chicago, Illinois to Hugo and Violet (Wright) Meisner.

She grew up in Chicago, and was raised by her father Hugo, and her “Grandma Maimee”, and later moved to Dallas, Texas.

Rosemarie worked as an executive secretary for a non-profit fund raising organization for 35 years, in Dallas, Texas. After retirement she moved to Steuben County to be near her family, and her sister, Marilyn Clevenger.

She was a member of the Clear Lake Bible Church, the Steuben County Council on Aging, and the League for the Blind. In her younger years she enjoyed making crafts for her church in Texas, for many raising activities. She was an avid seamstress, and made many of her own clothes, she also enjoyed baking and was an excellent cook.

Survivors include, three sisters, Mildred Campbell of Battle Creek, Michigan, Marlene (Lou) Crouch of Sebring, Florida, and Marilyn Clevenger of Fremont, Indiana, a brother, Victor H. (Karen) Meisner of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 am Friday, September 14, 2018 at Clear Lake Bible Church, 9050 E 700 N, Fremont, Indiana. Pastor Voyle Hartleroad will officiate the service.

There will be one hour of visitation prior to the services, from 10 am until 11 am Friday at the church.

Burial will follow the services at Clear Lake Baptist Cemetery, Fremont, Indiana.
