Tom Murphy

The Murphy family has countless memories of the Tom & Marilyn Davis family! Being next door neighbors at Big Long Lake to the Davis cottage allowed us to enjoy watching the Tom & Marilyn children grow from newborns to adults. We also had countless interactions with both Tom & Marilyn through the years. We have missed Marilyn since her passing and certainly will miss Tom and his humorous attitude. He always had a good story or two to tell. May they both Rest in Peace.

So sorry to hear about Tom passing. What a great guy. I worked for Tom and Marilyn for many years. He was such a tease and I have fun memories of him trying to unroll a customers wet hair as I was trying to roll it up. He made the shop a fun place to work. Buzz and I often visited them in Ellenton, Florida on our way to Ft Myers. Jerri, Tommy and Mike, always remember the fun times you all had with your Mom and Dad. They are missed.
Love. Bev. & Buzz Ditmer

Watching Disney in color, setting by the pool and always time to play outside. Your Mom&Dad were always generous with me. Great memories! Thanks. Wendell & Mary Beth Schweyer

Dad (Thumper)
Love you and miss you. You will forever be in my thoughts and prayers. You touched so many people with your sense of humor and kindness (except for how you got the name “Thumper”!
