Larry Lee Leer

Larry Lee Leer, 79, of Greencastle passed away on April 25, 2019, as a result of injuries sustained in a fall. Larry was born in Greencastle on May 15, 1939 the son of LeRoy and Flossie (Pulliam) Leer, and was a 1958 graduate of Greencastle High School. Mr. Leer worked for IBM and retired in 1993. Survivors include his wife of 60 years Joyce (Ewing) Leer; four children, Allison Leer, (husband-Tom Silvey), Greencastle, Beth Anne (Leer) Brown, Greencastle, Chris Leer, Indianapolis, and Julie Leer, Indianapolis; and a grandson Tom Brown, (wife-Courtney) Indianapolis. He was preceded in death by his parents; a granddaughter, Kathleen Brown; and a brother Donald Leer. A celebration of life will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 5, 2019 at the Putnam County Museum, 1105 North Jackson Street, Greencastle, Indiana 46135.
