Robert Walkosak

Robert M. “Bob” Walkosak Jr., age 52, of Greencastle, passed away on Friday, January 4, 2013. Born June 14, 1960 in Cincinnati, OH, he was the son of Robert M. and Kathryn M. (Keim) Walkosak. He was a graduate of Franklin Regional High School in Murrysville, PA. and Penn State University, where he received a degree in chemical engineering. He married Cheri A. (Shaw) Walkosak in 1988 and she survives. Bob had worked at Eli Lily in Indianapolis for 28 years, retiring in 2008. He was a member of the AICHE, Professional Engineers Assn., and several woodsman and hunting assns. Survivors include his wife, Cheri; a daughter, Megan Walkosak; son, Nick Walkosak; his parents, Robert and Kathryn; brothers, Thomas J. Walkosak and Kenneth J. Walkosak; a sister, Laura J. Orlowsky; and several nieces and nephews. Private family services will be held. Bittles and Hurt Funeral Home have been entrusted with the arrangements.
