Keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers. Norma was in a club with my mother-in-law, Roxie Barnes. Every time my husband Tom would see Norma he would remind her that she had a sucker drawer when he was little in the kitchen and he always got one. Special memories.

Norma and Walt were special family friends. On our fishing trips, you could hear Norma scream clear across the lake if she caught a catfish. What wonderful memories of our great times together with the Beghtels, Odens, and Strickers! Love to you all at this difficult time!

Norma had breakfast at Heritage at the same time that I was on my way to therapy. I would stop and chat with her in the dining room and tease her about her breakfast choices. She ate very little at breakfast as she hated eggs. One day I brought her a gift bag as a surprise. It had plastic Easter eggs in it with messages written on each. She laughed and said , “I still hate eggs!” I told her that not all eggs are the same and to open them. She did , and they were filled with Hershey chocolates.😀Her tablemate wanted me to fix her eggs from then on. Lots of smiles with Norma. Rest In Peace and keep cheering for the Cubs!!🙏❤️⚾️
