Aaron R. Witherspoon Jr. of Indianapolis passed away July 24, 2020.

Aaron was born in Bowling Green, KY to Gertrude Draper and Aaron Witherspoon on June 21, 1929. He graduated from Crispus Attucks High School.

Aaron was a member of Kingsley Terrace of Christ where he served as an usher. He was an ambulance driver for many years for General Hospital. Aaron retired from Metro as a bus driver. He was a Veteran, and served in the Army.

Preceded in death by his father Aaron Witherspoon, mother Gertrude Draper, Aunt Clara Harris, Janet, and Jack Witherspoon.

Aaron is survived by Gwendolyn Witherspoon, Anana Nyaumuwi, Tony and Karen Witherspoon, Jill Witherspoon, 10 grandchildren, & 7 great grandchildren.

The family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Northwest Nursing home, Kingsley Terrace Church of Christ, and the St. Luke family.
