BIOGRAPHY OF MADAM AINA FLORENCE APAGUNTAN
Late Mrs. Aina Florence Apaguntan was born on October 1st,1949 into the family of Late Pa Joseph Otutu and Mrs Adefunke Felicia Otutu of Sapetu Ibariba House, Oke-ikere ,ikere local Government, Ekiti State. She was not opportune to have early Education and as such got married at a very tender age in 1964 to Late Pa Ojo Joseph Apaguntan
Prior to getting married , she worked with the wife Mr. Jegede the then Principal of Comprehensive High school, Ikere –Ekiti. She was industrious and highly creative in spite of no formal education. As part of effort to be self-employed, she ventured into selling of fish(dry fish) by travelling to Lokoja(now kogi state) to buy fish in bulk and sell at affordable cost to all and sundry immediately she got married. In 1970, she changed her line of business to selling of Onions, groundnuts, beans kulikuli, and other related items. She was travelling to Ilorin, Yauri and other Northern states.
Burial ceremony will be held, 11:00 am, Friday, July 17, 2020, at Sutherland Park Cemetery, 4201 Millersville Road, Indianapolis, Indiana, with visitation from 10:00 am until 10:30 am.
