Sandy Rigdon

Sandra K. (Harlan) Leach Rigdon 78, of Indianapolis, passed away on April 6, 2021 at home. Sandy was a loving daughter, sister, mother, Nana, Nana great and friend to many. She had quite an impressive career in different ministries which included Clowning ministry, Associate Pastor and Interpreter and Minister for the deaf. Sandy was also a nurse at St. Francis for many years and a home health care nurse. She was a loving and caring person who always put others first. Sandy is survived by her children; Tim (David) Leach, Jim (Vivian) Leach and Alan (Kim) Leach, first husband; Bob Leach, grandchildren; Sarah (Erik) Qualls, Evan Leach, Matthew (Victoria) Leach and Rachel (Will) Wallace, great grandchildren; Grace, Payton and Grayson, sisters; Judy (Jay) Beuoy, Vivian Noggle and Arlene (Marvin) Groseth, along with many nieces and nephews. The family would like to show their gratitude to Mariam and Jeff Murphy for all of the loving care extended to Sandy. Sandy is preceded in death by her daughter; Connie Jean Leach and her husband; Ted Rigdon. Visitation will be held at Little and Sons Stop Eleven Chapel on Friday, April 9, 2021 from 10:00am - 1:00pm. A private family service will immediately follow at the funeral home.
