Forrest Deis

Forrest Marion Deis, 79, of Kokomo, Indiana passed away on January 20, 2023. He was born on April 18, 1943 in Kokomo, Indiana the son of Henry M. and Thelma Deis. He married Patsy Underwood who survives. Forrest proudly served his country in the United States Army for 24 years and retired as a Master Sergeant. He was a member of Macedonia Christian Church and enjoyed fishing and square-dancing. He is survived by his loving wife, Patsy A. Underwood; daughters, Tabatha (Bob) Post, Jennifer (Tad) Horste; son, Jordan (Rosa Jean) Deis; sisters, Audrey Shack, Joan Walters, Elinor Loveless; brothers, John and Mike Deis; and extended family Karen and Ron and Irwin family, Annette and Jim Walton and family. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Bloom and Wellbrooke facilities for the great care they gave to Forrest. Visitation will be 11:00 am - 1:00 pm Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home. Funeral services 1:00 pm Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home 2097 West Alto Road Kokomo, Indiana 46902. Entombment will follow at Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery.
