Bernice Marie Armistead

Bernice M. Armistead of Lynchburg passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2019, in Vinton at Berkshire. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard Jet Moses and Blanche Reynolds Moses; her husband, Melvin K. Armistead; two brothers, Johnny Moses and Allen Moses; and one sister, Mary Mason. She is survived by one daughter, Lisa Armistead (Jonathan) Burford; one granddaughter, Hailey Reynolds; one brother, William Moses of Appomattox; special niece, Linda Turner of Rustburg; and she is survived by a host of other relatives and friends.
