Obituary of Linda Ann Fulcher
Linda Ann McKinney Fulcher, 72, of Rustburg passed away Thursday, November 25, 2021 at Lynchburg General Hospital. She was the wife of the late George Danny Fulcher. Born in Lynchburg, March 13, 1949, she was the daughter of the late James Thomas McKinney and Edith Witt Williams. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her step-father, O.W. Williams, Sr.; her sister, Nancy Gail Hamersley and her grandson James Lee Griffith, Jr. Linda was a loving mother, sister and Nanny, Gran-Gran to everyone. She was the most loving, caring, generous, courageous, down to earth person you could ever know. She loved going to Myrtle Beach with all of her family. She was a great cook. She was a very patient person. There wasn’t anything she would not do for anyone. She loved everyone. She was a force to be reckoned with when she was mad but never took her anger out on anyone who did not deserve it. She loved having all of her family and friends come to her house and loved to cook for everyone. She would always stand with the people she cared about, no matter what. She would let you know if you messed us but she would always help you out. She believed deeply in God and would gladly talk to you about her faith. She found pleasure in the little things in life. She will be truly missed by everybody that had the pleasure to know her. She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Cooper and her husband Marshall of Rustburg; her adopted daughter, Sandra Griffith of Madison Heights; one son, James “Sam” Griffith, Sr.; two sisters, Connie Riley and her husband William and Patricia Leebrick all of Lynchburg; her step-sister, Linda Thomas; her step-brother, Owen Williams, Jr. and seven grandchildren, Brandon Cooper, Zachary Cooper, Dakota Cooper, Christopher Cooper, Jennifer Griffith, Jason Griffith and Candice Conway.
