Blanche Toler Frank

Blanche T. Frank, of Richmond, Virginia died peacefully on September 12, 2021 at her home at Westminster Canterbury.
Blanche was born in 1928 to Hazel Toler and George Carlos Toler. She graduated from John Marshall High School in Richmond, VA in 1946, a member of the National Honor Society. In the early 1950’s, Blanche moved to New York City where she worked for NBC and Player’s Guide. In 1958, she met and married Raymond J. Frank, who was also from Richmond. They returned to Virginia shortly afterward.
Blanche was a member of Ginter Park Presbyterian Church and was a choir soloist for many years.
For more than 20 years, she conducted estate sales as “Cart-Blanche Inc.”, personally helping countless individuals transition into retirement living. She was the devoted volunteer manager of the Echo Shop at Westminster Canterbury.
She loved opera, the arts, photography and nature. Her greatest pleasure was painting, which she began at age 72.
Blanche is survived by her daughter, Linda Frank of Pulaski, VA, and her grandson Wesley Canter of Richmond.
There will be a private memorial service. Memorial donations may be made to the Fellowship Fund of Westminster Canterbury Richmond.
