Edith Pate Miller

Miller, Edith P., 82, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Friday, June 1, 2018. She was a longtime member of 39 years at Bethlehem Baptist Church and served as organist until her passing. She loved the Lord and serving Him and found so much joy in all of the many activities she was involved in at church. She taught kindergarten for 29 years in Chesterfield County where she made many life-long friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Kelly E. Miller; her parents, Osmond Pate and Eunice Pate; her sisters, Evelyn Wasson and Marjorie Hinshaw. She is survived by her daughters, Susan M. Royer and Catherine M. Estes; her sons-in-law, Thomas E. Royer and Michael S. Estes; her grandchildren, Kelly E. Mastin, Evan Royer, Sarah Estes, and Carly Royer; and her great granddaughter, Riley Grace Mastin. The family will receive friends at the Huguenot Chapel Woody Funeral Home 1020 Huguenot Road Sunday, June 10th from 4 to 6 p.m. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
