Garland L. Glascock, passed away peacefully on April 28, 2021. He was an Army Staff Sergeant during the Korean Conflict and served 2 tours of duty. He worked for over 30 years for Reynolds Metals Co. and was a printing supervisor at the Bellwood Plant. A longtime member of the downtown YMCA on Franklin Street in Richmond who loved playing handball, his quick wit and off the wall humor kept us laughing.

He is survived by his son, Greg Glascock; sister, Marian Knowles; nephews, Donald, Michael, and Gary Glascock; and nieces, Pat, Terri, Kay, Jackie, and Diane.
Family and friends will gather to celebrate his life at Woody Funeral Home on Parham Road from 9:30am to 11:30am on Wednesday, May 19, 2021. A graveside service will follow at 12 noon at Westhampton Memorial Park.
