Wanda Lou Wheat

Wanda Lou (Cloud) Wheat, 76, passed away on Thursday, November 7, 2019. She was born in Portland, Indiana on Monday, November 16, 1942, the daughter of Robert L. Cloud and Betty J. (Evans) Barley. She moved to Muncie, Indiana in 1970 when she married Jeffrey Wheat, and he survives. Wanda went to high school in Portland, Indiana. She worked at the Broom Factory for a while before moving to Muncie. Wanda loved playing Bingo and going to the casino. Survivors include her husband, Jeffrey; daughters, Delores Caldwell, and Sally Clark (husband, Dale); grandchildren, Melinda Thornburg, Teddy Caldwell, Cody Painter, Chris Clark, Michael Clark, Valerie Clark, and Lacey Clark; several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; Robert and Betty Barley, step-father, Monroe Barley, and one grandson, Jamey Caldwell.
