My mornings will not be the same without Bruce's humor, stories, and hearing about his adventures. It was a pleasure to not only work with Bruce for many years but to experience his yearly potato pancakes. I will miss you greatly.

I had the pleasure of getting to know Bruce from working with him. We spent a lot of time together eating lunch, in the field or just talking in the office. There was never a dull moment. He was always able to light up a room with a joke. I wish I wrote them all down. I will miss the stories, the laughs and most of all the friendship. He cared about everyone and there wasn't anyone more selfless than Bruce. I had the pleasure of having lunch with him on Christmas Eve before heading home for the holiday. Out of the 100+ lunches we had together, I will never forget that one. We miss you Bruce.

I always enjoyed working/being around Bruce. He was his own person which I respected. He was very kind, considerate, had a great sense of humor, and an inherent passion for the environment. He will be missed.
