Victor J. Bartlett

Victor J. Bartlett passed away at Brown County Health and Living in Nashville on December 29, 2012. He was born in Advance, IN to the late Clee and Onita(Gregory)Bartlett. Victor retired from the railroad after 42 years of service working as a gandy dancer. He enjoyed fishing and eating at Brownie’s in Bean Blossom. He leaves behind his loving wife of 63 years, Mary Ann(Bradley)Bartlett; son, Randy(wife Susie)Bartlett; and daughter, Vicki(husband Jerry)Smith all of Nashville. Also surviving are 5 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Victor was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and 2 infant daughters. Friends may call on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 from 4-8 p.m. at Bond-Mitchell Funeral Home, 1682 St. Rd. 135 North, Nashville, IN 47448. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 3, 2013 at 1 p.m. also in the funeral home. The Reverend Andrea Smith officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
