Elmer Lee Klinstiver, 58, passed from this life to his heavenly home on Thursday, July 29, 2021 with his family by his side. He was born on January 27, 1963 at Floyd Memorial Hospital in New Albany to Elmer L. Klinstiver and the late Edna “May” (Schoen) Klinstiver. Lee was a Lutheran by faith, loved to build and fly RC airplanes, and was a member of the Academy of Model Aeronautics.
Along with his father, Lee is survived by his sisters, Rebecca “Becky” Fetz (Richard) of Georgetown, June Rowland (John) of Corydon; nieces, Kimberly Bahr (Chris) of Minnesota, Jennifer Miller Woods of Georgetown; nephew, Gary Conrad of Corydon; 11 great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday, August 2, 2021 at Grace Lutheran Church, 1787 Klerner Lane, New Albany, Indiana. The funeral will be 10:00 am Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at the church with burial to follow in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.
