Rodney R. Winot

Rodney R. Winot, 62 years of age died Monday April 4, 2016 at Clark Memorial Hospital. Rodney was born August 9, 1953 in New Albany, Indiana to the late Raymond and Clarice F. (Miller) Winot. He was a certified auto technician for many years and was a U.S. Navy Disabled Veteran serving during the Vietnam War. Rodney loved the outdoors, dogs, but most of all his wife and family. Survivors include his wife Ronna Winot; son, Jeffrey Scott Winot (Kelli); granddaughter, Allison Winot (Chris Harp); sister, Janice Wiggins. Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm Thursday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. His funeral service with military honors will be held at 7:00 pm Thursday at the funeral home chapel. Cremation and burial of ashes will be in New Albany National Cemetery.
