Susan Marie Wulf Balmer

Susan Marie Balmer, 48 years of age died Thursday, March 10, 2011 at University Hospital in Louisville. She was born June 3, 1962 in Syracuse, NY to Ann (Mueller) Wulf and the late LaVern Wulf. Susan was a former employee with Aegon USA in Louisville, a member of St. Mary of the Knobs Catholic Church and a volunteer at both Galena Elementary and Highland Hills Middle School. Survivors include: husband, Kevin Balmer; children, Lindsy Wallace, Emily Herr, Brad Balmer, Matt Balmer, Chelsea Balmer; mother, Ann Wulf; brother, Pat Wulf; sister, Deb Harner; grandchildren, Moses Wallace, Meadow Wallace and Otto Herr. A celebration of Susan's life will be held 4-8 p.m. Monday, March 14, 2011 at Culbertson West, 904 E. Main Street, New Albany, IN.
