Dorothy Elise Ingram, 75, passed away on Thursday, May 21, 2020 in Norfolk. She was born in Norfolk to the late Kenneth G. White and Dorothy Mae Flora Ingram. Dorothy is cherished in memory by her most cherished friends, Darline and Bob Kozich and Donnarae Stevens. Dorothy worked at CINCLANTFLT in Norfolk as an accountant. In her spare time she loved reading various genres of novels and loved collecting jewelry. A graveside service will be conducted at 2pm, Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
