Delia Catherine Tyler

Delia Cathy Tyler of Stafford, VA entered into eternal rest on l5 April 2019. Cathy is survived by her husband Thomas of over 62 years and a son Charles "Chuck" Tyler also from Stafford and her beloved pet Dachshund Max. Cathy is also survived by her son-in-law Richard Spencer, two grandson RT Spencer of Stafford; William Utterback of Florida; and a sister-in-law Jennie V. Crapse of Quitman, MS. She was preceded in death by her daughter Deborah Spencer of Stafford; her brother William H. Hayes; and her sister Carolyn Flemings of Desota MS. Cathy worked with her son at R & J Automotive Rebuilders in Falmouth, VA. . Cathy to everyone who knew her was a kind, gentle soul that would do anything for you and was a pure joy to be around. She could talk to anyone and you felt her giving spirit. She was a loving, caring wife and mother. Her joy came from caring for everyone around her as she diduntil her final days, still helping her son at his Automotive Restoration shop at 78 years young.She was one of a kind and irreplaceable. We will all miss her dearly. The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 27, 2019 from 06:00- 08:00pm at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford Chapel, located at 186 Shelton Shop Rd. Stafford, Virginia
