I first met Delores at Water Aerobics class at Rouse. I found out that she went to my church, Ebenezer UMC. She told me about her two granddaughters moving in with her and her husband. Lila and Leia were in her heart as well as nephew, Daryl, who also lived with them. She gave herself as a caregiver for him until she could give no more. She was one of sweetest and caring people I have ever known. As the pastor said at her funeral, she had a very calming spirit. I loved her and know she is with Jesus in Heaven.
