Jerry Lee Herbaugh, 69, of Stuarts Draft went to be with his Lord on Sunday, August 12, 2018.
He was born July 13, 1949 to the late Harry Wayne Herbaugh and Lula Belle (Moore) Lane.
Jerry was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and he retired from DuPont of Waynesboro.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Norwood “Gene” Back and a sister, Isabell Floyd.
Survivors include his loving wife, Donna Herbaugh; his children, David Herbaugh of Stuarts Draft, Timothy Fitzgerald and wife, Patti of Stuarts Draft and Adam Fitzgerald and wife, Chelsey of Missouri; sisters, Jo Ann Atkinson of Richmond, Ferraba Smith of Powhatan and Carolyn Myers and husband, Jim of Staunton; 12 grandchildren; one great grandchild; and a number of nieces and nephews.
At Jerry’s request, all services will be private with military honors provided by American Legion Post 340.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Stuarts Draft Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes.
