Earl Foltz

Earl Hugh Foltz, 77, passed away September 4, 2018 in Washington, Indiana surrounded by his family. He was born to Lorin David and Mary Naomi Ferguson Foltz on May 21, 1941 in Clinton, Indiana. Earl retired from working as an engineering draftsman for many years. In his free time, he enjoyed gardening, genealogy, writing, attending church, music, and working on cars, tractors, or anything with wheels. He loved sports, and adored his collection of sports hats and his pen collection. Earl was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers (Stanley, Francis, and Robert); and one sister (Charlotte Roan). Earl is survived by his four children, Earl Anthony Foltz, Terri (Buddy) Hamke, Jenny (Derek) Temple, and Daniel (Amy) Foltz; eleven grandchildren, Steven, Philip, Marina, Elaina, Isaac, Grace, Lizzy, Joey, Abbie, Jack, and Jonah; and one brother, Allen Foltz. Friends may visit on Saturday, September 8th from 10am to 11am. The visitation will be held at Solid Rock Baptist Church (846 S. 9th St. Clinton, IN). The visitation will be followed by a family memorial service. Arrangements have been entrusted with Roselawn Funeral Home.
