Obituary of Geraldine Glazner
Geraldine “Gerry” Rose Glazner, 81, of Terre Haute, Indiana, went to be with the Lord on November 29, 2013. She was born March 29, 1932 in Paris, Illinois to Claude Hickman and Irene Campbell Hickman. Geraldine worked at CBS and Packard Shirt and retired from Popular Subscription. She was a member of Cross Tabernacle Church, Red Hat Society, V.F.W. Women’s Auxiliary Post 972 and was a member of The Bunco Club. She also loved to travel. She is survived by a daughter, Tammy McCullough and companion Neil Kapperman; sons Darrell Bemis and wife Jean; Keith Bemis and wife, Brenda; a sister Marcella Foncannon and husband Max. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Robin McFerren and husband Scott, Crystal Summers and husband Joseph from Byesville, Ohio, Gwenda Kelty and husband Mark, Dustin Bemis and wife Jessica, Ryan Mann and companion Jena, Brittany Sebastian and fiancé Melvin Graham, Amber Sebastian and companion Trebor Huckle, Nick Sebastian, and Michael Glazner; great-grandchildren, Scotty Mc Ferren, Shalyn McFerren, Cameron Summers, Caitlyn Summers, Katrena McCullough, Terry Ray McCullough, Taylor Smith, Aviree Graham, Griffin Graham, Austin Mitchell, Landon Mitchell, Mason Mitchell, Sierra Bemis, Gabriel Bemis; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Geraldine was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth ”Hot Dog” Glazner; her parents, Claude and Irene Hickman; a brother, Maurice Gene Hickman; a sister, Norma Swinford; a grandchild, Joshua Sebastian, and a great- grandchild, Dillon Mitchell. A special thank you to Great Lakes Hospice and Cross Tabernacle Church. Services will be Tuesday December 3, 2013 at 2:00 pm at the Cross Tabernacle Church with a visitation on Tuesday at the church from 10:00am to 2:00 pm. Officiating will be Rev.
