Cherrylynn Olivar Gerardo, 50, passed away on August 8, 2022. She was born in the Philippines and moved to the United States with her family at an early age. In 1990 she graduated from Kellam High School. Cherrylynn then became a stenographer and worked for the Virginia Court System for over 20 years. She enjoyed traveling, food and drinks; she was always the life of the party. Cherrylynn enjoyed being around people especially her family; she loved her family more than anything. She was an outgoing, adventurous, loving woman who will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

The family will receive friends, Sunday, August 14th and Monday, August 15th from 4-8:00 pm, at Smith & Williams Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, August 16, 2022, at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Colonial Grove Memorial Park.
