Obituary of Page Twiford Count
Muriel Page Twiford Count, a native of Princess Anne County, passed away unexpectedly, Monday, June 20, 2022 due to complications from COVID-19. Page is predeceased by her parents, Albert & Dorothy Twiford; sisters, Jo & June, brothers-in-law, Lucky & Al; sisters-in-law, Betty & Nellie; nephews, Travis, Mike, Butch & Stacey. She is survived by her husband, Thomas; son, Ray Freeman (Maria); daughters, Terri Freeman & Michele Count; brothers, Stanley & Kenneth Twiford; grandchildren, Mary (Steve), Michael (Becca) & Isabella; great-grandchildren, Julia, Anna & Travis; great great-grandchildren, Leaf & Chris, and good friends, Rose & Billy, Helen & James, and Tom. Page was a retired cosmetologist, a volunteer advocate for victims of domestic abuse & a volunteer for The Creeds Rescue Squad. Page loved spending time with family & friends, traveling, camping, going to races, sewing, crafting & scrapbooking. A memorial service will be held Thursday, June 30 at 2pm in the Smith & Williams Chapel. A private interment will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or the Shriners Foundation.
