Glenwood Tate Cline, 95, of Waynesboro passed away on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at his home.
Born February 16, 1926 in Brownsburg, Va he was the son of the late George Leach and Margaret Elizabeth (McCormick) Cline.
Glenwood was a U.S. veteran having served his country honorably with the Navy. Prior to retirement, Glenwood was employed by Crompton and later worked at Perdue Poultry Factory.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Florence Mae (Campbell) Cline; and his son, Michael Randolph Cline.
Survivors include his two daughters, Shirley Branch of Waynesboro and Kathey Groah and husband, Jimmy of Stuarts Draft; one sister, Margaret Ann Carwell and husband, Ray Kenneth of Lyndhurst; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
Following cremation, there will be no formal services.
Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Waynesboro Rescue Squad, 201 W. Broad St., Waynesboro, VA 22980.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes of Waynesboro.
