Phillip Mickle

Phillip Burton Mickle, age 65, passed away Thursday, March 25, 2021. He is survived by his wife, Andrea Mickle; his sister, Robin Howard (Dennis); his brother in law, Cleve Grimes; his niece, Shannon Buchana (Brett); his nephew, Nathan Grimes (Megan) and his great nephew, Colton. Phillip was preceded in death by his parents; Armon and Dorothy Mickle; his brother, Richard Mickle; and his sisters, Patricia Grimes and Jane Yelton. Mr. Minkle was in the United States Army for 6 years and served in Korea. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed watching sports but his favorite was Washington Redskins. In lieu of flowers the family has asked that a donation in Phillips name be made to the Wounded Warriors or your local S.P.C.A A visitation for Mr. Mickle will be held from 11:00am-1:00pm on Monday, April 5, 2021 at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel.
