Carol Ann Koehne

Carol Ann Kaufman Koehne, loving wife and mother, passed away December 27th. She was preceded in death by two of her nine children, Mary Pruett Lewis and Theresa Koehne. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Richard J. Koehne, Sr. and children Kathy and husband Dick Williams, Susan and husband Kerry Gregory, Carol and husband Keith Denson, Martha Fraser, Barbara and husband Denny Griggs, Patricia and husband Larry Stapleton and her only son Richard Koehne. She was blessed with ten grandchildren: Matthew, Emily and Leigh Williams, Keith Pruett and sisters Teresa and Jessica Lewis, Joshua Tolbert, Lauren and Anna Stapleton, and Devin Koehne. Carol was a source of strength and a model wife and mother to her family; a true lady to all who knew her; she was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. She was a career Navy wife and homemaker whose life exemplified her devout Catholic faith. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, December 31, 2012, 1:00 p.m. at St. Gregory The Great Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Rosewood Memorial Park.
