Rumiko Wheeley, 62, passed away on July 18, 2013. She was born on July 29, 1950 in Okinawa, Japan.
She is survived by her husband Robert B. Wheeley; sons Michael Wheeley and wife Michelle, and Kenneth B. Wheeley; two grandchildren Michael K. Wheeley, Jr. and Matthew B. Wheeley.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 22, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home, 601 N. Witchduck Rd., Virginia Beach, VA 23462. You may pay your condolences at www.kellumfuneralhome.com.
