Through her many years growing up in Tonawanda, she served as a mentor and devoted friend to all her siblings. She came to Richmond in the 70’s to attend VCU Graduate School of Social Work. More recently Linda worked as a Special Education Teachers Aide at Greenfield Elementary School where she worked until the day she diagnosed with cancer. She was an active member of St Edwards Catholic Church, and a tireless volunteer for Virginia Supportive Housing, the Richmond Food Bank and other charitable organizations.
