Virginia Zeller Barnes

Virginia Zeller Barnes, 97, of Varina, widow of James Lester Barnes, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 30, 2017. She is survived by her daughters, Doris Marr and Gail Barnes, grandchildren, Steven Tolbert and Hugh Garland Marr; great-grandchildren, Chad and Josh Tolbert; sister, Barbara Arnest; brother, Sam Zeller; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Tuesday, Dec. 5, from 12 to 1 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, VA 23231 with a service immediately following at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Washington Memorial Park.
