Helen L. Enslow, age 92, of Bloomington, died at her residence on April 6, 2018.
Born April 24, 1925 in Bloomington, Indiana she was the daughter of Bennett C. and Jessie L. (Brown) Potter. She was a homemaker and widow of Charles C. Enslow.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law; Howard Dan and Beverly Ann Enslow of Bloomington, three grandchildren; Sarah, Rachel and Ruth Enslow, Rachel’s husband Xiao Kang and great grandchildren Sonia and Gloria Enslow.
Helen was a member of the Baha’i Faith in Bloomington. She graduated from Indiana University and served as a Field Director for the Girl Scouts.
Private Baha’i gravesite services at Rose-Hill Cemetery will be conducted by the Baha’i’s of Bloomington and there will be no prior visitation.
There will be a celebration of her “Interesting Life Symphony” and her World Citizen ambassadorship at the Bloomington Baha’i Center Saturday April 14th at 2:00 p.m. (424 So College Mall Road, behind Mattress Firm.)
Those who wish may make memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may contribute in her name to the Salvation Army, P.O. Box 2117 Bloomington, IN 47402.
