Carolyn Disbrow Tudor, 69, of Martinsville passed away on Thursday, April 26, 2018. She was born in Old Hickory, Tennessee on May 22, 1948 to Otis C. Disbrow and Lula Jenkins Disbrow. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Emma Lou Disbrow Flint and her brother, Keethan C. Disbrow. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Ted Tudor; daughter, Sandy Tudor Athey; grandsons, William Fisher Athey and Hunter Lewis Athey; special niece Kelly L. Flint and special nephews Mark C. Flint and Steven E. Flint; sister-in-law Florence Disbrow; brother and sister-in-law Fred and Sharon Tudor. Carolyn retired from Martinsville DMV with 30 years of service as a service representative and CDL examiner. She loved her cats, enjoyed crafts and attending her grandson’s sporting events. The funeral service will be held on Monday April 30, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at McKee-Stone Funeral Home and will be officiated by Rev. Ron Mateer. Interment will follow at Roselawn Burial Park. A visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. prior to the service.
