Bonnie, I was in Bloomington recently visiting family and customers and remembering you and Bob. I just learned of his passing and I am so very sorry. You of course were my best friend starting in the first grade at Broadview. I remember well when you first met Bob and started dating him. Bob was a sincere dedicated person and of course the love of your life. Here is wishing you blessings and peace.

I am so sorry to hear of Pastor Bobs Passing. I was baptised at his church on Washington street by Davey Dyer. Pastor Bob was a Man of God whom I loved, and his Wife Bonnie. My Family ( Nancy Daniel- Mother) and Aunt Mary Uland Smith were very fond of Pastor Bob and Bonnie. I went to Washington Street Church for about a year or so, and I really Loved that Church. Bob taught me a lot about being a new man in Christ. The last time I saw Pastor Bob and Bonnie was at the Homeless shelter on Rodgers St. helping feed the homeless. I love Pastor Bob and Bonnie, they are the sweetest People I have ever met. I am praying for Bonnie and their Children. I am comforted knowing Bob has reached his reward, and is with the Lord in Heaven.

I am so sorry to hear of Pastor Bob's passing. I attended his church on Washington Street back in the early 1990's, those times are some of my fondest memories. I learned so much from Pastor's lessons and looked forward to each service. Pastor Bob was truly a man with a shepherds heart, it was easy to see his love for the Lord and his concern for his flock.
My prayers are with Bonnie and his family during this difficult time. While I know they miss him, I know they are glad his suffering has ended and he is now with the Lord. Thank you Pastor Bob for everything you taught me all those years ago, those lessons have not been forgotten.

Pastor "Bob" was more than our pastor, he was family. We served under them as youth leaders and learned so much about Christ being the center of family;and everything else in life. He was (as is Bonnie) the vision of Christianity, selfless and loving.
