I have always been proud to carry the same name as my Uncle David. He was a good man, in fact, he was one of the best. The world will say he was successful, in part, because of his business ventures, and that is true. But the truth is, he was successful because he loved God and he loved people. Most importantly his family. He carried himself with humility, others always mattered more than himself. He was always gracious and kind. He was approachable and easy to talk to and knew how to have fun. I am thankful for the example he is to me and I hope I live up to sharing his name.
