Bernadette G. Swiss

Bernadette G Swiss, 94, of Fort Wayne, passed away on December 15, 2018 at St Anne’s Home, Fort Wayne. Born on November 17, 1924, in Chicago, Ill, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Marie Gaspers. She is survived by her sons, William J (Heidi) Swiss, of Butler, and Richard P (Carol) Swiss, of Safety Harbor, Florida; grandchildren, Dr. Kimberly (Ron Socha) Swiss, Emily (Ryan) Bennett, Timothy (Christie) Swiss, and Benjamin Swiss; great-grandchildren, Graham, Elliott and Penelope Bennett, Avery, and Henry Socha, Adrienne, and Scarlett Swiss. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, William F Swiss; grandson, William B Swiss; and sister, Jacqueline Bart. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30am, Thursday, December 20, at St Anne’s Home Chapel, 1900 Randallia Drive, Fort Wayne, with calling a half hour prior to service. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Fort Wayne. Memorial donations may be given to St Anne’s Home, Fort Wayne.
