I have countless memories of snowmobiling and dirt bike riding up in Wisconsin and Michigan with Frank, Joan & Ken Stedman. Frank definitely loved his outdoor activities and was one crazy guy!! I can remember countless hours of hanging out at his house while him and Ken built model airplanes to fly or grinding weights and gold anodizing snowmobile engines so they could be the fastest ones out there! He will be dearly missed and I am truly grateful for the years that I got to spend with him those were some of the best memories of my life!

Frank was more than a friend he was family to me, my brother and sister. He and his brother Dave spent lots of time at our house from the time I was very little. We played in the sandbox on the swings and played outside games with all the neighborhood kids. His Uncle Joe married my Aunt Eleanore then we really became family! His Mom Marge and my Mom were best friends, so every where they went we went too! A life time of good memories with Frank. I will never forget. I am praying for his lovely kind wife Vange and his brothers Dave and Billy and all the family. We send our Love, Karen and Doug Cozart

Sending up prayers for strength, peace and comfort for Vange and all of your beautiful family in the difficult days they face ahead. Rest in peace my precious cousin.
