Landen Cowart II

Landen Cowart II, "Black Oak" age 38, of Black Oak, Indiana passed away on Friday, September 4, 2020. Landen was born in Mobile, Alabama on August 24, 1982. Landen is proceeded in death by his parents Landen "Crazy Lee" & Linda Cowart, sister Mary Cowart and Grandmother Dorothy Oldham. He is survived by his three daughters Linda, Jayden, and Meredith; Sisters: Elsie (Virgil) Powell, Nancy (Jimmy) Cowart, and Saretha Cowart; Grandfather Ralph Oldham; Seventeen close nieces and nephews! Significant other Monique Mills, and mother of his children Jennifer Thamm. Many cousins and family friends. Special friend for over 30 years Kym Mckinney. He loved to fish and if there was a bon fire he was near! He was an avid Chicago fan, collecting anything and everything Chicago Bears or Chicago Cubs. Landen loved being around his great nieces and nephews, always chasing them around joking or teasing them. Visitation will take place on Monday, September 14, 2020 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
