MILTON “MILT” HUBBARD

Milt Hubbard, age 63, of Hammond IN. passed away unexpectedly on March 13, 2019. He has traveled on to his eternal home in Heaven to reunite with the love of his life Michelle “Missy” Hubbard. He is survived by his daughter Tracy (Paul) Lipski, the two joys of his life his two grandsons, Tyler & Jared Lipski, Seven brothers and two sisters: Quintuss (Robyn) Hubbard, Harold (Cindy) Hubbard, Michael Hubbard, Joseph Jr. (Tracy) Hubbard, Rosie Hubbard, Dale Carter “D.C.” Hubbard, Johnny Hubbard, Dewey Hubbard, Ollie (Jose) Hubbard, Several nieces and nephews, and many many great nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Martha and Joseph Sr. Hubbard, his two nephews Jeremy Joe and Matthew Hubbard and his beloved niece Lauren Cavello, all gone too soon. Milt loved to go to KY (as he called it) to hang out and visit with his family & friends whenever he had the chance, he loved being with his family on the holidays, and one of his favorite pastimes was just sitting by a fire in his back yard listening to country music. But what he loved the most was singing and playing music whether it was on stage with the Dry Whiskey Band or on the porch with his family and friends. Milts beautiful voice will forever be in our hearts.

I've known Milt since I was 8 years old as long as I've been friends with Tracy. I remember going camping with you guys and spending the night whenever I wanted to. You were good to me growing up. You were also a great neighbor when I lived next to you for about five years. You were just an all-around great guy and you will be dearly missed.

Love April and family

We have lived nextdoor to Milt for 12 years. We will miss your daily hello's and smiles. We will miss your music and backyard bonfires. Thank you for being as kind as you are and being the best neighbor anyone could ask for. You will always be in our hearts and one day we will be neighbors again. ♡

Milt,

I have known you for about 25 years as a colleague. In that 25 plus years I witnessed a man that never said a bad word about anyone. You respected all and treated everyone as a friend. I know that you are again with Missy. You never loved another! You lived a Good Life Brother! You are playing with the big band now! RIP

Milt, you are loved by so many. I just don't know what Joe and I are going to do without you. Joe doesn't know what to do without you you always came to see Joe and if you couldn't you called. Our children and grandchildren are going to miss you so very much. I hope you are having a wonder time dancing and singing to Missy and seeing everyone else.
