I enjoyed talking to Doris while at Miller’s. My Mother, Wilma Pilgrim, was at Millers a few years ago and my step father Joe Pilgrim, is currently there. Doris could be so funny at times and other times speak her mind in a colorful way. I was there a few weeks ago and took Joe’s little dog to visit. Doris sat with us and I think she enjoyed little Cookie as much as Joe did. We sat and talked about when she worked at the Candy Factory when she was younger. She was always interesting to talk to. I will miss her.

My deepest sympathy on your loss. I enjoyed spending time with her at the nursing home. She was a real pistol and she loved her chocolate.
