Wayne grew up and attended schools in West Lebanon, Indiana and graduated from Seeger High School. Wayne then earned his undergrad and then his MBA from Indiana State University. Domestically, he enjoyed an evening or two at a craps table in Vegas or a road trip with the top down in his Mazda Miata. He enjoyed a phenomenal trip to Augusta to watch The Master’s and was often found boating on Dale Hollow Lake. As a ‘country boy’, Wayne loved all things outdoors, but nothing was more important than his family.
