I met the Huggards shortly after my daughter was diagnosed with Rett. Angela is 5 yrs older than Chelsi. My biggest memory was of Angela 'rolling her eyes' at me! She musta thought I was silly. She was beautiful as is her mom. May God give Janice the strength to fill this new void in her life.

Angela was such a beautiful soul! I didn't get to know her as well as I'd like to have due to the distance between us but I can say that when we saw Angela she LOVED LIFE to her ability! My Aunt Janice was so incredible as she had to take care of Angela's health 24-7. I know that Angela will be missed by so many, but heaven has recieved another Angel and I know her Dad & Brother Joseph as well our Grandparents are dancing with joy to have Angela with them! Angela now you can truly love life to its fullest with no limitations!! Fly high sweet cousin! Fly high!
