Dick was a very good boss and friend. He was instrumental in convincing me to get my land surveyors licensce and worked with me to fit my school schedule to work for him at the city engineering office. I always will consider him as my friend and mentor. He bowled with my mom and dad back in the 60's at Willow lanes and was always a nice guy. He will be missed.

Dear Eifler Family,

So Sorry to hear about your Dad's death. I sure enjoyed the many years of knowing this gentle and kind man. I will always remember the times he and your mom spent out at our house after bowling and my mom would make her shrimp and cheese dip! Then we would go to your house and have so many laughs and I loved your dogs. Both of your parents had such a special gift for their talent with crafts and woodworking. I will be praying for all of you during this difficult time. If you ever travel to Wisconsin, please look up the Born family we would love to entertain you.

Love,

Erin and Rick Born and Family
